RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ!

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order within 24 hours of receiving item!  Pictures are very helpful!!

All plant sales are final. Perishable items cannot be returned without WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ARDENT GARDENERS prior permission. A 35% restocking fee will be accessed for the total purchase price of the order of all perishable items. As long as the plant is alive and in “like-new condition” within one (1) week of receipt. ARDENT GARDENERS LLC is not responsible for the cost of return shipping of any product.  ALL PRODUCTS SHIPPED BY ARDENT GARDNERS LLC ARE WITH  UNITED STATES POST OFFICE OR UPS.  WHEN YOU PURCHASE A PLANT OR PRODUCT AND IT IS DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER, ARDENT GARDENERS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE.  YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS.  AGAIN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT IN SHIPMENT.  ONCE THE PLANT LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY!!!   By accepting live nursery stock, the customer accepts ARDENT GARDENERS LLC seller’s terms and conditions of sale, which in compass the entire agreement.
