These are a dwarf variety that stay small and would do great in a container on your patio or anywhere in the landscape. They prefer full sun and well drained soil. Water during extreme drought but they can take hot dry conditions as well as cold. They are deciduous so do not be surprised in winter if they loose leaves. They put new flowers and leaves on each spring.
